Central Eastern Connecticut Athletic Association, Inc., also known as RHAM Youth Lacrosse, is a non-profit 501-c-3 organization founded in 2005 to increase opportunities for youth sports participation.  We are formed in the state of Connecticut and registered with the Secretary of State.  We are also registered as a charity with the Connecticut Attorney General.   We are operated by volunteers and have no paid staff.

We currently operate RHAM Youth Lacrosse.  RHAM Youth Lacrosse boys teams play in the Connecticut Valley Youth Lacrosse League and girls teams play in both the Hartford and South Eastern Regional Leagues.

Oversight of RHAM Youth Lacrosse is provided by our board of directors and other community volunteers.
