Welcome to the RHAM YOUTH LACROSSE registration page.
Please note that we will use this website and email as our primary means of communication with families. Coaches will also use email to communicate during the season. During online registration, please be sure to list all of the email addresses you would like us to use to contact you. If you would like text notifications sent to your phones, you may also enter that information during registration. This is helpful for last minute changes and we try not to send many texts unless it is necessary.
Registration is online only. If you have a problem with online registration, please contact us using the email below. Otherwise, please register for the program appropriate for your son or daughter’s age group using the links on this page. You may register more than one child during one online session and then pay all at once at the end.
If you require Financial Aid in order for your child to play lacrosse, please read our Financial Aid Policy, located on this web site, under About Us. We want to be sure that every child who wishes to play lacrosse has the opportunity!
Our program is intended for residents of Hebron, Andover and Marlborough CT. We will consider exceptions for players who reside in other towns, typically because their town of residency does not offer lacrosse for that child's gender or age. If you are not a resident of Hebron, Andover or Marlborough and would like us to consider making an exception, please email our Registrar, Jennifer Tyler, at tyler.jennifers@gmail.com Please understand that residents of Hebron, Andover and Marlborough will be given preferential treatment, should we ever find it necessary to limit participation.
All players and coaches need to hold current memberships with US Lacrosse to be eligible to play or coach, since this provides insurance coverage and other benefits. Registration with US Lacrosse generally runs from April to March (October to September for coaches) and costs $25 per year for youth players. If you need a new membership, or if your membership needs to be renewed, you can renew it during our registration, as our system is linked live to US Lacrosse's system. Your registration will not be considered complete until you have paid in full and you have a current US Lacrosse membership. Please note: the connection with the US Lacrosse system is sometimes slow. If you find that you are waiting too long to connect to the US Lacrosse system, you can open a new browser window, go directly to uslacrosse.org, and join/renew your membership there. Then go back to the RHAM website, enter the registration number, and you will find that it then goes very quickly.
Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. When registration closes, you will be notified by email of coach/team assignments or tryout information.
Team selection is left to the coaches or evaluators for tryouts. Special requests may be considered when assigning teams, but cannot be guaranteed due to many factors including players’ abilities, balancing of teams and team sizes, and also player positions.
There will be a $35 processing fee assessed on refunded registrations from our Lacrosse programs. US Lacrosse canceled memberships are handled by US Lacrosse directly.
