Coaches Registration
Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are needed to help at all levels.
Ages
At least 18 years old or older.
When
Spring is the primary season for Lacrosse.
Indoor pre-season starts in March. Outdoor practices begins once the town opens the fields for the season, Typically early to mid April.
We do work with other programs to offer clinics throughout the year.
Where
RHAM Youth Lacrosse practice fields are located at Burnt Hill Park and Hebron Elementry School
Game fields are located at Burnt Hill Park in Hebron.
Practices
Practices times and locations are dependent on the teams.
Little Laxers - 1X week
Lightning, Bantam, Juniors, Seniors 2X week
Practice schedules will be made by the Head Coach and available to teams by April 1st.
Games
Teams will play 1-2 games a week. Games are over the course of the season and will usually fall on the weekends or during a teams scheduled practice time.
Extra Costs
- USA Lacrosse Membership separate from club registration and is required for ALLcoaches to participate in GLC, USA Lacrosse and CVYL sanctioned events.
Spring 2024
Dear Prospective Coach:
We are in the process of filling the head and assistant coaching positions for the spring season. This application is for new as well as returning coaches. No one will be considered for a coaching position without a current application on file.
We want to thank you for your interest in coaching. In addition to the application form, you may submit any additional information, comments and suggestions that you feel would be helpful to us.
Typically, the deadline to submit your application for any of our head coaching positions is mid-March. Please check our website www.rhamyouthlacrosse.com for more information.
There is no deadline to submit applications for assistant coach positions, but submitting your application as early as possible will help our organization plan for the coming season.
Returning coaches must also submit a new application to be considered for the current season.

About Coaching:
Coaches and Assistant Coaches interested in Coaching are required to register to insure all requirements are met, to protect you and the program and to assist the players and parents.
Coaches must have current US Lacrosse memberships, which protects you for insurance purposes while coaching. There is no cost for registering with our program however, US Lacrosse Membership is checked during registration and will be added as a cost to those coaches who do not have a current US Lacrosse membership. Coaches memberships are for one year. Coaches memberships are $50 and are tax deductible.
Coaches are supported in their efforts to instruct and coach the game of lacrosse and your participation is truly appreciated. Your ability to be involved in the program is limited only by your interest and commitment.
